Default Holden Cruze, Ugliest car of 2009?

Found this on the net.
Hope Holden does a grill job on it before it comes here.
http://carsguide.news.com.au/site/mo...referrer=email

Interesting negative camber on the front and positive camber on the back.
Must handle well.

Didn't they learn with the Cruze the first time around? Not exactly a name that was successful the first time

All the US Chevs have that ugly Grille with the bar running through it.

The Aus version would look more normal.

To quote Richard Hammond "Ugh What a moose!" It seriously is an aweful looking car. Minus the Chev grille it wouldn't be as bad, but even then it would still be ugly.

Someone who is even uglier may look even slightly attractive behind the wheel of that!

THat chrome strip with the holden badge makes a hell of a difference. Still a very busy design though. Kinda reminds me of the souped up MG concept of a few years ago...

The Viva image is an improvement on the Chev. The double grille looks very out of place in the Chev.

The Viva almost pulls it off, the waistline does not gel with the lines and curves in the front gaurds.

Looks good (with the Holden grille) besides that retarded looking front quarter. It's almost as though it has none.
Would look terrible side on.
