Default WA Registration transfer

Hi guys, searched but couldn't find anything on what is required to transfer a a car registered to a owner in Perth to someone else that also lives in perth. The WA site that is supposed to have this info is down at the moment or was never up in the first place.
By the way car is 32 years old so I believe is exempt from the immobiliser requirements.
thanks

go to the post office and ask for transfer papers
if it is not getting sold you still have to pay transfer and stamp duty fees
on the cars market value
sorry didnt realise you were in Vic
if you need 1 posted to you just let me know and i will get it to you

forgot to mention, the plan is to transfer reg to a relative in WA and then get it to Vic at my leisure. I hear there is no roadworthy process like here in VIc. Is it then just a matter of transfer papers? Is there stamp duty to be calculated on the tranefr based on value or sale price of the car?
any help would be appreciated.

hey Congo, I had the exact same car as your pic until my wife decided I didn't need it and wrote it off. Damm great 220 that was.

Do you know what the transfer costs are and the stampduty rate in WA?

The person buying the car will have to pay stamp duty which i think is around $33 for every $1000 of purchase price but its been awhile.
It is exempt from having an immobiliser.
There is no road worthy required
