I seen this thread a while ago and waited for it to be locked, but seeing as it hasn't I thought I could weigh in :

Firstly we see only a picture of the aftermath - quite a nasty one at that I must admit, but we cannot judge as we do not have all the facts on hand as to what caused said accident.

Secondly the make of the car matters little if someone is an idiot they are an idiot the badge on their car makes zero difference.

Thirdly the result is bad in terms of twisted metal - I can see potential for this to have been a hundred times worse, what if the toppled van was a people mover full of kids? I sincerely hope that everybody involved learns from the incident and walks away with minimal injuries.
