Nice and low and flat. Sounds interesting.
But how would you package that between the wheels in a car? Both transversion or longitudinal installations would struggle. I'd be interested in see what out options there are with the dimensions - short stroke large pistions and stuff like that. Also, I wonder why it had to be two stroke? Strikes me that there'd be no reason why you couldn't have valves on the side and run it as a four stroke. But they seem like smart people, I imagine that would have been considered. Lukeyson

Rotories are more efficient in mass vs power stakes too but we aren't all cruising around in ****els.

2 stroke opposed piston engines have been around for years..

Only failure with this design, is the scavenging effect is limited as the ports are fixed. It needs a blower to make it effective (efficient).
