If I won a new Territory Titanium I'd have to sell it, couldn't afford to keep up the insurance. I'd pocket the cash and probably spend most of it on a new XR6 and keep the rest.

Sell the story, not the car. I'd happily keep it for a couple of months, enjoy it, then offload it.

One of the smarter marketing moves I have seen of late from Ford.

I'd look into selling it on consignment - that way it can still be sold as a new car, as it never leaves the showroom.

Then I'd be hunting for a BF F6.

Holden did a similar thing a couple of years ago when the Sportwagon came out, Better Homes gave away two 6L Calais V wagons. It's definitely a smart move, a lot of people watch that show and read the magazine, especially bored homemakers looking for a new SUV to take little Oliver and Briarna up to Maccas in.

Apparently being shipped now so dealers will be be getting them over the next week or two if they haven't already. Rex Gorell have theirs.

I'd want to hope so, I've been seeing them around town since early April.

But their pre-production models, or company vehicles employees drive. Some managers have had their new Territorys for weeks, as the glitch isn't a problem for them as they are aware of the problem and will be re-flashed later.

You can't send customer cars out with problems.

I realise that but I'd be a lot more willing to pay it if I had a spare 15-20 k in the bank account, left over from the sale of the Terri.

I did a quote with AAMI insurance Territory Titanium diesel with 60% NCB is $550 a year..Thats good!!!

Sadly, i'd have to sell it too and knock a chunk off my mortgage. I'd try and keep $5k aside for a nice AU3 Fairmont for me though...
