Hi, have lost my Ouzo recipe and was wondering if someone had one.
We use Annice Essence and just dissolve sugar and fill a bottle and let sit for a few weeks. Can't remember the amount of sugar. Would really appreciate your help. Cheers Paul :baby bott |

The only recipe I have is 375ml of distilled water, 1/2 cup sugar and bottle of Anice.

thanks so much for the recipe :o) Do you know what size the anice essence is eg 500 or 600ml. Sorry to be a pain,it's just that I bought an 1125 ml bottle of essence & dont know how much to use.Kind Regards,Dee (Paul's other half)
