My sister sideswiped a 4wd's bullbar when parking one day. Damaged my sisters car, but barely put a scratch on his. She was new to driving, only had a red P's for a few months.
10 minutes later he walks up to his car, gets in and starts it, he did not even notice the tiny amount of damage. My sister runs up to his window and explains what happened. He instantly starts swearing and abusing her. He jumps out to see the minimal damage. He abuses her some more, comes out with more colourful language then drives off. My sister said if she damages another car in the future and no one sees it happen, she will simply drive off and leave no note. She doesn't want another confrontation. Some people need to just calm down. |

Hmmm, I started a thread earlier this year just like this one..
I caught the guy in the act. He ended up on his backside after he denied it. I saw him and he denied it and provoked me as well. Ended up on his back. Many said in that thread i went overboard. |

The thread has gotten a little off topic. It is not about what reaction or action/retribution you would take, the OP asked if anyone had their pride and joy keyed.

Ex girlfriend had her week old vitara trashed a few years ago when parked in St Kilda overnight. Every panel including the roof caved in. No way nobody heard what was going on but still no witnesses and no one called the cops. Me, I have a few nice cars but drive a beat up old XH pano as my daily. Soon to be satin black for ease of repairs.

Mine was keyed pretty badly before I owned it, massive swirl gauged into the rear quarter and quite a few key lines in the beaver tail and boot lit. The old guy who owned it before me runs a motel, so I'm guessing it was done by a disgruntled guest. Very crudley touched up too by the original owner

My mother had her little hatchback Corolla keyed half to death after only having it for about 6 months. In metallic blue, so a full respray job. The culprit? A "friend" of my then-10-year-old sister, just to spite her. Kids are too aggressive these days.
