Whats been everyone's experiences with Travel issues and airport member lounges.
My experience Been to Frankfurt,Phorzhiem,Venice,Vicenza over the last 10 days on business. Had a good trip met a few business contacts and attended a trade fair. Got to go to the Porsche museum in Stuttgart which makes the birdwood mill look like it should be in a museum. I fly out of Venice to Heathrow only to find out the flights been delayed 12 hrs. So i get to stay in hotel over night at the airline expense, re check in the next morning all good then go to the Qantas lounge "Sorry Sir your membership doesn't allow access :WHAT? i ring Qantas hotline they tell the stupid woman behind the counter over my phone let me in ,gee how many other members have they turned away.so if you ever get turned away call the hotline on the membership card and get proof. So know waiting in the club louge having a few drinks and snacks smurfing the net waiting time wait for my flight. |
