I'd be happy to own any of those old Chevy's. The rubbish the have dished out for the last 30 years is the issue.

That will do a great job at appealing to the 60+ crowd that still buys GM products even though nobody else does. They really just don't get it.

Imagine something with an XR GT and an FG GT. Containing something to do with heritage and the GT name. (Yeah my marketing skills are crap )

Fair call. I was just making sweeping generalisations. And FoMoCo is only now clawing its way back from the very same place.

The big three forgot that they dominated for those decades because they made better products. They then tried to dominate because they were big. In the late 70s GM sold over 50% of the cars sold in the US. With that result how could you think you were doing it wrong.
