anyone from Bendigo that will inspect a car for me? for a case of beer?
there is a XE forsale I am keen on but its 8 hours drive away I can pick up but don't want to cart a trailer down there to find its not worth it I can EFT some cash to cover your time

Is this a cream coloured XE. On the way into Bendigo on the Calder hwy there are two identical XEs for sale. Both look the same, stock, one has big rims. Both look clean. Clean enough for me to look twice...

this is a stock as a rock white XE S pac not perfect but has not been played with either.

$300-$400 and move on if he turns it down, $600 I would consider reasonable I guess.
I think it's in deceiving condition looks like a $600 car and he's decided to give it a quick for sale detail. ie buffer, upholstery cleaner, maybe some tyre shine on the dash/plastics. The only thing fresh (or marginally fresher) is the panels. The jams in the bonnet and boot look considerably worse. The plastics, rubbers and jams they're buggered. Things that speak for a car's condition/care I'd be looking at centre console, steering wheel, kick/trim panels especially, handbrake, storage areas for any signs of marks/blemishes/fading. If any of these are worse condition than the paint I'd walk away.
