Ford sell the center console parts
Use your auto tailshaft - its the same as the manual non-ef/el pedal boxes need modification fto fit up to the EF/EL steering column

can remember what they charge for the console parts. Its only really the boot you need - somewhere around $20-30 from memory.
The pedal box needs some slots cut, threads removed and holes enlarged. Takes about 5 minutes with an angle grinder and drill. Ive got some pics, Ill see if I can dig them up. If you put the auto EF and manual ea-ed next to each other its easy to see what needs to be done.

Auto computers will work, but need to be tricked into thinking the manual is still there and even still they are not quite the same. Best bet is to get a manual ECU and avoid the headaches.

Here are the pics of the pedal boxs
The area circled in red is the part that connects to the steering column that needs to be modified. Also not the area circled in blue is used to mount some of the electronics in EF's. Early e-series boxes dont have this mount. this is the modification that lets the ED box get bolted in (ugly i know but it works)
