From what I gather, there aren't too many "young ones" left, a high proportion of Holden's work force are long termers.
That's why Holden was so keen to give redundancy pay outs a big haircut on the promise of continuing production.
All seems intentionally fraudulent now......

That would be the smart thing to do before ther are 1700 odd workers all looking for work at the same in the same district come 2017.

Personally I would keep working at Holden until end of 2015....Maybe 2016...........Then move on and learn some new skills before someone else does.

All part of the govt assistance package and contractual 'commitment' to 2017 I assume....
