So its a warm ...Hot day and you have an animal in the car with you and pull up to go into the shops or whatever and leave the animal in the car and leave the window down ,plod comes along and sticks a ticket on you for unsecured vehicle , or you havent left the window down and dog is frying inside car plod comes along see's dog and smashes window to rescue dog you get done for cruelty to animal and a fine ! can't bloody win either way the b*stards will still get money out of your pocket either way !
