So I was bored waiting to get ready for work and decided to have a trawl around the net looking at cars for sale and doing a bit of dreaming...
Interesting old race car. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Ford-Falc...item25a87bb0cd Could be interesting...needs a bit of work though... http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/ford-xd-e...item3cfcd7da62 Could have potential if you were doing a kit of some sort... http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/1979-Ferr...40042338&rt=nc And I can't remember the last time I saw a UC Torana much less one for sale...we used to own a UC Sunbird and it was a fantastic car, they really got the chassis well done for the last of them... http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Torana-UC...07bfb#viTabs_0 Or a TE Cortina Ghia come to that...we had one of these too...a Rally Pack. This one looks to be a very nice one indeed... http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/cortina-s...item25a88845eb What have other people stumbled upon...? Surely I'm not the only one that does this and tries to figure out how to slip a purchase past the Minister Of Finance... Last edited by 2011G6E; 23-06-2015 at 10:30 PM. |

Great thread!
I'm the same as I tend to just waste time on ebay looking at different things (usually cars & boats). Don't have any intention of buying anything, but it is interesting to see what's out there and what people are asking for them.

I just bought a 1940's Ford Prefect ute off ebay. Can't blame alcohol though. It was my own stupidity.

Steady on, that is a complete, going, log booked and verified touring car with competition history. Yes, a lot of money but the last one that came up was double the price!! These don't come up all the time.
