hey guys just wondering does anyone else have this problem and is there a simple fix for this problem, ok the problem is the front seats in my ute and i also have a ef futura with same thing the top half of the seat wobbles a lot like if u grab the headrest yu can move it back and forth like 10mm. thankx in advance if anyone has anyone has any light.

It has some movement due to the reclining mechanism. Basically, the movement you are feeling is between the cog teeth at the wheel that makes the seat recline - obviously, at the top of the seat, the movement is 10mm, but at the cog it's probably only 2mm.

The good thing about the AU seats, is that they are 1000 times stronger than the old XE/XF seats. I know lots of people with AUs, and I have not ever heard of a seat breaking. Doesn't mean they don't just no-one told me about it if they did! I reckon it's normal - checked mine after your post and mine (both of them) do the same too.
