Can anyone tell me if all the XR8's came out with roller lifters .
And what type of mounting did they use on the rockers in the series 1 ( stud / pedestal etc . ) If the series 1 had roller lifters are they ok to still use ( along with pushrods ) when installing a crane 2030 with matching springs or will i have to replace the lifters with something different ? |

Yep, all AU V8's have roller lifters/cams.
All AU V8's have pedestal mount rockers. Yep, you can re-use the lifters on a new cam..no problems. It is a good idea to disassemble and clean them while they are out. Most aftermarket cams have a smaller base circle so they require a longer pushrod. The other option is to get adjustable rockers to make up the small difference.
