M2 lube for e85

Hey guys i just recently switched over to using e85 on my blown fg xr8 absoulotley loving it. I have also just purchased dome m2 lube online and am awaiting delivery. Does anyone know how im meant to use the m2 in combo with the e85 ?

I didn't realise any falcons were E85 compatible. did you do a conversion?

I've heard mixing ratios as lite as 1/5th a bottle per drum (205 litres)

But its really up to you. Ethanol fume is not as harsh as methanol so if your just wanting to add a little lube and sweet smell you don't need much at all.

I did mate, i had to upgrade my injectors now running 1000cc ones and had to do the fuel pump upgraded to a wallbro 450... That also comes with a full custom tune

Cheers buddy, just wanting to run it for abit of reasurance as ive heard and read up many times that e85 can be corrosive and lube should be used if the car sits without driving it for periods of time wich mine is not a daily so it sits a fair bit

It's the water getting into the fuel that causes the issues. Fuelgrade ethanol already has corrosion inhibitors in it.

Make sure you dont start it a lot and not let it warm up. If its at operating temp when you shut it off you shouldn't get water sitting anywhere
If people have experienced different though then you should cater for worst case just to be safe...
