I actually have a 10kg bucket of the stuff in the shed.
I recently built a low deck floor under my pergola.
I coated all the bearers and joists with it and also the underside of the decking.
Great stuff!

It's perfect for smearing a bit on the insides of your radiator hoses etc. They will slide off perfectly many years later.

I don't use the stuff.

I found that the opening wasn't rounded enough and was too small, and the jar wasn't long enough.

The spray on protectors are crap, they only cover the top, and the corrosion problems you get are caused by the acid leaching up from underneath.

My favourite is pep korode-kure, though like most things, the newer stuff isn't half as good as it used to be

Don't, as petroleum jelly destroys rubber. Use silicone grease if you have too
