That 7.3L engine is interesting - I wonder what it's dimensions are compared to Coyote? Being OHV it will probably be narrower.

I think the initial info suggested as much when it was announced, but there's nothing lightweight init so could be quite a bit heavier

It was quite revealing that during the engineer's discussions at release, that the term turbo grade was used quite a bit. Pistons, conrods and inconel exhaust valves etc.
They used a lot of heavy duty parts in it to ensure durability. And which will also make it well suited to boost. |
