I got the quote back today.. might be easier to either: A) go with the 'Ralliart' look (no caps) or B) buy new wheels.. but that also comes with it's own dramas.. wheel hub rings, wheel balance issues etc... He tells me that he's happy to print one for free to see if I like the quality, and if I am, then I can pay to have 3 more done. So I have agreed to having a sample done. will be cool to see how it turns out. Cheers, One Mad Man

If they are accurately made, durable (don’t warp over time) and accept the correct finish without excessive prep the proposed fee is pretty reasonable IMO.

I'm betting removing the drum was the easiest one you've eva done!
Pretty hard to create a lip when there's zero friction! Kinda reminds me of this, in a sad way... IE: lack of maintenance https://www.mvsottawa.com/wp-content...sludge_4-1.jpg Cheers, One Man

That part, yes. Although I’m feeling the rest of the job today - jumped right in as I wasn’t looking forward to it (wanted the suffering finished ) and did the jacking/stands plus all wheels off, two new steers fitted and spare refit at near warp speed.

I though it was a car pic, rear springs and that lower shoe look tiny for a truck.
It's not that crappy Hino again.
