Hey guys. I ran in the Mildura Street Meet last weekend. There was 2 brackets on the day. 1 for drag cars and the other for street cars. I took out the Street class, winning 6 of the elimination rounds and beating a VY Maloo in the finals. I also ran a persoal best of 9.694 @ 75.38mph. I won a trophey as well but unfortunatly i dont have a digital camera so i cant post a pic of it... The next street meet is on the 27th of this month and i will be having another go (will have 3.23:1 LSD in, steping up from 3.08:1 single spinner, and running 225/50/15 instead of my 205 stockies), so will be looking for even quicker times. Iv also got some videos that ill post up hopefully soon.

Good stuff. Sounds like heaps of fun. I was up that way on the weekend. I'm keen to get along to some of these country meets when my cars sorted. Does anyone know where the tracks are in country VIC and southern NSW? Or even better does anyone have an event schedule?

Well as i said, the next street meet in mildura is on the 27th of August. If anyone wants to go, PM me closer to the date, and ill give ya my Ph. no. cause its pretty hard to find the strip as its out of town a little bit LOL.

Na the maloo is a local mechanic, which just so happens to be the guy thats putting in my LSD. My car is Manual.

Nice 1/8th mile MPH. Should be good for VERY low 14's with a good launch.

As my signature says, XR6 camshaft, pacemaker extractors, 2.5 inch exhaust with tri flow sports muffler, AU TE50 intake, with K&N panel filter, and a manual conversion done. My 60' times should be relatively lower with my new diff and wider tyres. Cant wait to get the chance to run down a 1/4 :sm_headba
