Mythbusters used to coke to clean dried blood of concrete. If it can remove blood it may be good.
Chlorine will pretty much remove anything. Just dilute it down and use safely.

A good quality truck de-greaser like "Ripp Off", let it soak in, then blast it with a high pressure washer.

Good quality degreaser + gurney is what I use and its the best i can think of.

hydro-cloric acid is good dilute it a little wet the concrete get a stiff broom and broom it on,it will start to react and bubble and fizz,scrub the whole driveway like this.. hose of within about half hr of when you first started but, and where a breathing mask.. it cleans the cement like the day it was laid and leave's a nice etch on the concrete as well

Down here in SA you're not allowed to hose down a driveway I think (Water restrictions) so I opt for dry methods. Soak up oil spills with sand sweep up & so on.

To remove oil stains, first blot any excess with something absorbent such as old newspaper or cat litter (work it in with a stiff broom), then blot again with a rag soaked in a grease solvent. Suitable solvents include metho & turpentine. You can also try a strong household bleach cleaner. Make up a high-strength solution according to the manufacturer's instructions, apply liberally on the stain, leave for 10 minutes and then wash away.
We get a box of the RSPCA kitty litter and always have it in the garage, with the old ute we used to have malfunctions regularly and have to soak up a nice coolant & oil mix. I was also known to attack the oil stains in our garage with hot water and good quality dish washing liquid. I have also been known to make a past of automatic dish washing powder, put that on it for a while and then rinse it off. If you want to spruce up your concrete, sprinkle cement powder over wet concrete and leave for about 10 minutes before sweeping up the excess.

Strategically park some Holden commodores and you will soon cover the driveway with oil stains, then it will look uniform and you won't need to clean it.

Actually, if you spill paint and crap all over it, you can call it impressionists art. The art gallery will buy the driveway from you. When you're negotiating with them you can put on a really droll sort of cocknie accent and say; "it's about the challenges of man in modern society, and how our introspective issues are brought to the surface through egalitarianism and societal decay"
That should be worth a couple hundred grand to an art museum. Then with the money raised buy a new driveway.
