Yes we are having problems with supply issue with the kluger, even worse so the corolla, prado and 70 series.

Are u refering to me in regarding I'd be way off with the specs, I have the full spec sheet sitting here next to me. Hence its my job to know.

when you can take a vehicle off road that comes standard with 20/22" rims successfully let me know, untill then ill hedge bets on sahara being the most compentant at the hard stuff.

sorry my mistake Hy boi, KDSS is designed not made in aus..

Crawl function looks interesting on the V8 petrol's thou :O cant wait to have a drive of these things !!

if its anything like T/D prado/hiace/hilux though not keen on the 4-5month lead times!! supply vs demand toyota are out selling themselfs, i know we have outsold T/D sahara's till march next year.

GXL specs make the old VX seem sparce, base model dosent really do it justus....

if you want to save money/look at base spec, the STANDARD prado or 70" series wagon is your game, still looking at close to GXL money for the 70"series thou.... toyota offers every taste a 4wd option and then some, hence why they sell so well, cater to every market and budget.

I did the new model tech training on the LC200 today. while its not the sort of car I would buy, it did impress me. 3500kg towing capacity! and at last, sealed front wheel bearings and hydraulic valve adjustment... Im not convinced yet on the 20,000km between oil changes though. they drive nicely and have virtually no lag, the variable vaine turbos work well.

What competition does it have. I would hardly call the 'blow up 3.0D patrol' a competitor
I have driven Cruisers and Patrols as work vehicles for a long time now. I had one breakdown in a cruiser (wheel bearing) and in the patrols 3 engines, 2 gearboxes and a clutch. They might be cheaper but I would rather drive something reliable.

went to the dealer launch today, the V8TTD fuel economy at 10.3L/100 is better than the nissans 3.0L 4cyl!! and over 80% more torque!!

195kw/ 650nm TTD

205kw/410NM for the V8.

Clearly I can see you're a salesman or even a manager. I never questioned your knowledge.

I was saying that people are calling the GXL the base model as if it will have no goods with it. They will be proven wrong.

Drove a V8 Petrol GXL this morning. BIG car. Very smooth and quite likeable.

Just reading that my grammer not so good aye...haha

But otherwise very nice car to drive, very impressed with the fuel consumption out of the diesel and even the petrol to a lesser extent.
