Mate, you weren't in my skin so you can't say that and I'm not that stupid. I can tell you the exact day when it was all over as her attitude change to me from that point forward. I pushed my case to see if I could reignite things and made the whole situation worse.

Not trying to belittle anyone - i'm just saying it the way it is. Just like everyone else i've been in the same situation many times before.. you just pick up and move on to bigger and better things.

I don't need to take what he says at face value because i not only do i know him very well, but i also know the 'issue' very well. Come to think of it I spend more time with him than what i do my GF :ymca:

You claim to know the situation well. But you know me less than two years which is approximately 10% of my adult life. If you only really knew me then you would realise why this situation has made such a BIG impact upon me.

Thanks for coming in to bat for me. Although chich comes from the wrong side of the political and religious divide (throught no fault of his own) he seems to be a good bloke. Being at his prime he doesn't understand that us single blokes past our prime don't get many opportunities with stunning women in their prime. Therefore he can afford to be blase about the situation.

A while back a girl i was seeing told me she could'nt be happy with me because her ex used to beat her! she was only 17 for crying out loud and i'm a nice guy so i could'nt see a problem.
