Default Places to go in North Queensland?

Yeah the title's a bit vague (no I don't want to know where I should go sightseeing) but I was wondering where people would recommend I go for the following in Nth Qld (specifically Townsville):

- For car audio/video parts (and installs)

- Body kits (specifically XR stuff for an EF/EL) and also who'd be good to fit and paint (otherwise I'll order it from somewhere like the AWC/Fibresports and do it myself.)

I'm from a rural area so when I go to the 'big smoke' I've got no idea where to actually go, and I've been ripped off a few times in the past by not doing all my research first.

Thanks guys.

If you go to Wow, , ask for a guy named Rhett... be honest and open and he will help you out honestly. They seem to have a better range and price than many. What are you looking for, how much do you want to spend and what kind of car do you have ?

( no i am not Rhett ! )
