Default Clock in AU1 Forte. Help needed

Ok heres the story. i bought a clock for my au1 forte. they didnt come out with them but had a space for them if you move the falcon badge. anyway i got this clock and it has 4 wires.

White
black
purple with red stripe
yellow with black stripe

now i have just joined the wires to other wires in the harness of the same colour but its of some switches and other random stuff like aircon controls. can anyone tell me what the wires are for and how the best way to wire it up would be?

down near the bottom of the forum is a whole heap of wiring diagrams, with a bit of a look around you should find what you're looking for.

As long as you conect the wires to others that have the same fuction, constant power, accessories etc yes it will work, but have a poke around first there should be a socket for it somewhere on the loom
