Default EL XR6 Replica...........um no!!!

Here is some more ebay gold!!!

Headed 1998 Ford Falcon EL (XR6 Replica)

This is completely badged and enhanced as a tickford XR6, I bought the vehicle like this in Bundaberg

What bit is XR6 except the badges?

Vehicle is tickford enhanced, 17in tickford wheels, airbox, instruments.

Oh maybe the seats, the custom dails and the spolier.........sorry my mistake........lol

Does this mean I can put an XR8 badge on my wagon and call it one, even though. Ford never made one?

Falcon Futura XR6 Tickford Ford
: : : :

This is my biggest pet hate. Bloody stock cars badged up as XR's, Tickford's, GT's etc. I see so many Falcon GLi's with just Tickford badges on the guards and rear. And they think this makes their car a Tickford. Idiots, ****es me off!

LMFAO, that really is ridiculous, yep it annoys the hell out of me too DEVLXR. Yea how much did u pay for that rosco? and please some engine bay shots and if u dont mind, how many Ks has it done? You should be able to make a fair bit of money off it if u recycle all those badges for scrap metal.

I asked the dude about it. I asked if we could swap rims with cash his way. He told me for $5400 I could get the wheels and a free car - smartarse.

I replied telling him that his car is not an XR6, and pointed out pretty much everything I could think of, and told him he'd be lucky to get 3500.
.

I got no reply lol.

lol. That bloke has no idea. Maybe he actually believes that LTD stands for Limited.

As for the other one, if I stick a GT badge on my EA, does that make it a GT?

I've just got off the phone with the Ford Discovery Centre, they wish to purchase this rare specimen to put in their museum. Perhaps I should let them know about the Futura XR6?

I know its not an E, but I saw a white AU XR6 wagon in Sutherland today. Legit? Didn't look like a bolted on nose from a distance, looked like XR wheels but ride height looked a bit high... Never heard of an XR wagon outside of EF but not sure on this one. Thoughts?

I didnt think we could say ''EL XR6 REPLICA'' in one sentence? Are they becoming rare to find the real deal that people are resorting to making replicas lol.

ED and EF were the only XR wagons (besides the original XR from around 1967 of course :P)
