Default Mazda 3 extractors...compatible?

So are the mazda3 extractors compatible with the LT focus? I'm assuming that I'll have to fabricate an exhaust system anyways to match up, just wondering if it'll bolt to the head and clear everything...

Yes. Another forum member purchased the whole Mazda3 xforce system that basically bolted on.

any idea on pricing? I've decided to build the cat-back myself, so really just need the extractors...also, a decent online retailer? (if there is one)

Not sure. Perhaps have a troll at Ozmazdaclub's forum and check their Mazda3 section.

Be sure to document the fitting of these. I think it will be interesting how the cat and sensors fit or if there's a fair bit of fabrication....

It's a bit of a 'decision time' thing. If I go extractors, it'll be with the eventual plan of supercharging it, so probably 2.5 inch, but I might just make a cat-back (anyone got any under-car photos? I'm away, I could start planning it out if I could remember what the hell it looks like...), but I'd probably go 2.5 anyways, I'd like to turbo it (if I keep it) That being said, I think I've got a bunch of 2 1/4 piping and a decent 2 1/4 muffler at home, so I might make the first system out of that. Also going to fabricate some strut braces and a rear swaybar...
