Default Squeak, Squeak, Squeak -- Turning Left

Been a pretty bad squeaking noise while turning left for the past week or two, doesnt happen all the time either... Usually right at the beginning when i start her up but after i have taken a few corners, she is quiet.

What's the go u reckon?

Hubs? Bearings?

Sorry,

It sounds like it is coming from the front left.

It's not when i start up as such, it's within about the first 3-4 minutes I am driving when i turn left, sometimes in the very beginning (first 10-15 secs of driving) even when i drive straight.

I had a squeak in my XR8 similar to that and it had me stuffed where it came from.
Bugger me was the upper ball joint, being encapsulated/non greasable this shouldn't happen but I suppose there's a start for you.
Another could be lower inner control arm bush's or other bush's but being one side get the b/j's checked first.

Mine's currently doing this on and off - random squealing during left turns. If I cycle the handbrake lever a tiny bit while moving, it goes away. Always had problems with my handbrake since owning it.

That's right. It's been looked at several times. When I slowed to drive into my driveway after picking it up from Binks Ford adjusting it, it started sounding like a freight train turning a corner! I was so unimpressed.

Same here and a slight tweak of the handbrake lever fixes it. If not it goes away after 60 seconds anyway

I had a noise like that after I tightened up the handbrake when selling my old au. Couldnt work it out for a while but a huge pull on the handbrake and it went away. Think I nearly ripped the lever off

It was years ago now. I actually had some more issues with it this weekend just passed. It would start squealing when I move off from being stopped at a red light. Horrible sound. Tried all sorts of things, stopped by the end of the day.
