I have recently noticed that that brake lights on my AUII only come on when the pedal is pressed around 2/3 of the way.
The problem has been around since i put a new brake light switch in, and i'm thinking it needs to be (somehow) adjusted so it comes on earlier. I'll have a play around tomorrow, any hints/tips appreciated.

Yes it is brake light switch, yes just play around with it. Put a big mirror round the back of your car or back it up to a big glass window, so you can just turn around and see whilst pushing down on the pedal.
In all my years of checking brake lights i never was quick enough to press the pedal and run around to check before they went out
