As the title says, I'm looking for the price for a standard front caliper in good condition. Mine has a ceased bleed nipple.
Does anyone have one in good condition? Know where I could get one? Price? Any help would be appreciated. The current caliper is not working properly, as its clogged with gunk. Apparently my old mechanic decided not to tell me it was ceased, and had not been flushing old fluid from that corner. A new mechanic does wonders, as I've been alerted to a few problems that had not been passed on to me by my old mechanic, problems which have obviously been there for some time. Anyway, cheers in advance, Lyndsay

self serve auto parts at wacol, there's a couple of AU1s there. They charge F.A. probably about $10.

If all else fails you might be able to have the seized bleeder drilled and then use an ezy-out to remove same?

Another option at this time would be to upgrade to S2-3 calipers etc. Soooo much better.
But as a few have said, S1 calipers are not worth much at all, and if I read correctly, someone has offered you one for nicks! GK
