count me in for a vigilante against the bloody RTA.... packamongreals
if you read the article, it says its cheaper to lower speed limits that upgrade the roads, so its an obvious statement that the RTA know that our roads and highways are in S*&THOUSE condition and only willing to take our money and make new signs than actually put effort into building newer & better sections/roads.... certainly a topic that goes against the grain in my book thats for sure
