Help - advise WQ Zetec Fiesta

Hi fellas,

Have a friend interested in the above and I know nothing about them.
She has 87960k's - manual.....dealer asking $10,990.
Anything to look out for ? ofcourse he would haggle over price but what is the average $$$$ you'd expect to pay especially that he'd by it in Cash there and then.

Price seems about right.
Personally I've had no problems apart from the door trim falling off.
Still on original brakes at 95k. Doesn't use a drop of oil.
Tyres can be tricky to find in the right size.
