Caught this on TV this morning - Old Purple - wild violet 351 zd with white interior!!!....

I really miss Slim Dusty - a real Australian legend and now so is his car!!

As a person on You Tubes said ' where is that car now?" it would be nice to know its still around....and the film clip shows how good Ford are at building cars for Australia...

I recall seeing a news clip ages ago where Slim's family donated the car to a museum along with some other memorabilia. Which museum or collection its in I can't remember. The cars still around though.
