Cats out of the bag.
Slightly modified Massey Ferguson tractor at Clarendon truck show. Could this be something Ford is hiding from us.......

Could perhaps have slightly more power than the venerable 4 pot wet sleeve.

I think the starter motor probably has more mumbo. I have driven a stock te20 as well as a standard vanguard which has a derivative of the same motor and power house wouldnt be the word i would use to describe the horsepower

My neighbour still drives his to town down the hwy every now and again on b-double free Sunday. It would be a suicide mission on mine without brakes. I drive it like a boat. Running a 302 I reckon I would just plough the paddocks with the tyres.

I remember back in the 70’s, Massey Ferguson actually built a V8 powered diesel tractor!
Would have been an open tractor and would have been amazing sitting on that at 2000 rpm pulling a plough!

Yeah I was thinking of the 1155 actually with the 8.9 litre Perkins!
1150 might have been an earlier model!
