303 Aerospace Protectant is pretty good for the price plus it's non-greasy and readily available.

Another alternative is Chemical Guys' Silk Shine sprayable dressing. Was put on to this by Dave from Obsession detailing, when he did my XR8. Have used it ever since and love it on dashes.
From their website: Why Buy This Product? New satin shine look for tires, dashboards, and more Makes car parts look factory-new, not greasy or shiny Finishes dry to the touch Does not attract dust and dirt Use on any interior or exterior vinyl, rubber, and plastic parts Safe for engine bay covers, hoses, and components Modern matte look for cars, trucks, and SUVs Durable weather-tek formula lasts for weeks, not days Restores and prolongs original color of surfaces UV blockers help keep colors from fading Never used the 303 or Bowden's so can't compare how they work.

I doubt that it would actually be made in Australia, but I like your patriotism. (and I do not mean that sarcastically).

I am an old fart and I used the right stuff on my XB Fairmont for many years.
The dash still cracked. If you want to preserve plastic, vinyl or other synthetic stuff, keep it outa sunlight. That'll be 20 dolla. |

Full of silicones and infamous for causing cracking from prolonged use. The non-silicone water based stuff these days is full of UV protectors. Technology has improved heaps since.
