They made some improvements after last years disappointing effort, it seemed they responded to criticism from last year and made an effort to make changes.
I was planning not to go back after last year, but decided on Saturday arvo to make the trip as I had no other plans and my kids wanted to go.

Was a last minute decision, was not planning to go till I actually left, both kids wanted to go and sort of talked me into it.
Will do next time, may be we need to do a trip to QLD AFD, it's heaps better than NSW one, no comparison really. Unfortunately I had to work when it was on this year, I will definitely make a day of it next year. They have driving events, drag racing and the swap meet all on the same day. Go for swap meet till the show and racing starts. Plus you get to see different cars, some of the AFD ones I have seen for the last 20 years.
