Looks like some sort of code reading device, don't think it has anything to do with the cam.

yup its a coda scanner kinda thing.. we have one at work.. justs gives u fault codes and such

so basicly it spits out the codes for the ECU self test?

what are those 4 little things next to the keypad, are they ECU chips?
