Help Pleeeaase!!
I am trying to install xr coils onto my forte series 1. Did the rears last night with no problems. I am currently stuck on the front. No matter how hard I try I cannot loosen the lower nut and bolt of the front shockers. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated. |

I used a socket on the bolt to hold it steady and a socket on the nut with a 1/2in ratchet and a piece of pipe on the end of the ratchet handle for leverage. Failing that a rattle gun :

how does it handle? With some XR swaybars it should sit nice and flat compared to the forte suspension!

Hav'nt driven it yet. Need to do the final tighten up of all nuts and bolts. Ran out of time today as the Missus had something else happening. Will go for a drive tomorrow.
Did'nt consider xr sway bars though I will now!! |
