anyone had it?

indulged myself with some the other night.......

i found it very easy to drink, and it didnt seem to create much "drunkness effect" that 60% warrants. and then i found myself in bed at 4am with the tv still on. where'd the rest of the night go?

any ideas?

the stuff we get here isn't the 'real' stuff anyways - that is a lot more potent!

depending on which one you get, can send you pretty crazy though lol - trust me!

On my birthday last september, I had two absinthe shots and they did nothing. The next three where citrus shots. Now if you wanna get plastered easy, I highly recommened it :evil_laug.

I've considered trying some after seeing it on Tonight in Siberia a few weeks ago, but at ~$125 a bottle, doesn't seem particularly cost effective. That's 4 and a bit slabs!

in perth we cant get the real that has the hallucinogens in it...

it was banned 5 years ago and they recently brought back this softer version with out the crazy herbs or worm wood or whatever the hallucinogens in it are

I've never had absinthe, but after most nights out on the town I've been known to go to sleep with no clothes and no money, nevermind waking up without them.

Yeah that will happen... how did you have it? In a glass with some soaked sugar on a spoon, light the sugar and then mix the caramel mess into the glass and drink? ohhhh soo nice.
