A touch early I know, but what the heck.
I only have two things that I will be changing majorly in my life next year: 1. A new car, see my profile 2. To stop snoring Ok, now, number two probably seems silly to most, but I made a deal with my GF. She sooked the other day that I apparently snore pretty loudly. I cant hear a thing so I dont know what she is talking about. So I said "Ill stop snoring when you stop smoking". And do you know what she said..."ok"...I was not expecting it at all. So how the hell do I stop snoring? I didn't even know I did it in the first place? Is there some drugs I can take legally? Or will it be some minor surgery? I cant back down either because I want her to stop smoking (I am not totally against it but I just dont want her doing it )

If you sleep on your side it seems to help. Hows your body fat? If your neck is a bit fat like mine you'll tend to snore more easily, as the extra bodyfat in that area pushes the back of the tounge to the top of your mouth.
Lastly a clear nose will help the problem greatly. If you have blocked noses a lot perhaps have a look at some medicine or shove some Vicks up your nostrils. If it doesn't work tho at least you'll get some pity from your lady going to them lengths. |

In the way of surgery, if your tonsils aren't out perhaps that could help.

I have had trouble with my sinus'...and used to be terrible with hay fever, but the last 3 years or so Ive been fine so I think I am getting over it.
I might just have to go see the doc I guess. LOL @ Vics..that stuff is great but not good for getting close at a night time...haha
