Well I have finally done it, almost killed my poor auto....
Would appreciate any opinions on whats the better option...Repair the one I have or get a recon one? The mech said I can still drive it (for now) but carefully...and no major drives (reckons it could last a few hours, few days or maybe at the most a few weeks)!!!!!!!! Any info / advice greatly appreciated!!!! Cheers Kerri |

depending on what is wrong with it, a snapped tang on the convertor or a dodgey S5 is about as far as I go to repairing the BTR.. Otherwise I'd get a reco/working one

I have my one in the shed that was rebuilt 20-30K ago.
