Seems strange its still getting hot. Is your aircon condenser full of bugs and restricting air flow? Does your clutch fan work properly - ie locking up when the car is getting hot?

You didn't mention putting a new thermostat in....You didn't put the old one back in after checking all those other things and cleaning her out did you?

timing could be way out, radiator cap, crecked head, air pocket, could also be your fan

Have you looked for bubbles in the coolant reservoir? Sounds like it could be head gasket to me. If your head gasket is blown it does not necessarily mean you will lose water. It depends where it's blown.
Hot exhaust blowing straight off the valves into the water galleries = boiling water. |
