The BA is an awesome car. I haven't driven a BF so I can't comment, but the BA certainly makes the EA feel like a dinosaur

Yeah, i had a quick drive of a BF XT my mate had rented. Even with the 4 speed, feels like driving a Rolls compared to the ED.

The quickest car I've been in is a modded vt gts, scared the ИИИИИ out of me on long third gear corners. I love the roar of the engine too, it has a twin 3 inch with pace makers and hi-flow cats.

I've never been in a ba or bf though, anyone wanna take me for a drive? :P

I swear you see more NA XR6's than you do XT's around here (Cairns) I sopse though if your buying a brand new car you may as well spend the extra $5000 and get an XR6, cause they're sexy and go like stink.

I thought the 6 speed auto was only Avaliable on the xr6turbo/ and v8's , My olds went and got a Bf Xr6 ute and were told it wasnt availiable as an option unless it was a turbo.. That might just be the utes though or the dealer was full of ИИИИ

According to the Ford site, only XR6 Turbo, XR8 and Fairmont Ghia are available with the 6 speed auto (LWB and FPV models excepted).

I stand corrected. Looks like you can get the ZF on the XT 5.4 also.
