Is it possible to remove ea/eb/ed door trims without snapping the arm that attaches the door snipper button, I think that is what the button is called. Any tips. :

ya need to pull the button upwards and off.......use some pliars with tape over the rough bits to grip them
then you can lift the doortrim over the shaft thing |

I gave the pliars a go ! but found the best way is once trim screws/interior door handle has been removed, lift the door trim up and pop the retaining clips so the door trim can be moved slightly away from the door, that will allow you to lower the door trim moving the snipper button up and then unscrew snipper until it can be taken off the thread.

Ford factory manual says to use pliers and a rag over the button.....that is the easiest way anyway.
