Default knock knock

when i turn left and floor it i get a knocking noise coming from the passanger rear side of the car i know how to check if its the tail shaft but if thats not it what else could it be and how do i check it thanx for your help cheers

Tighten your lower shock mounts and check the shock upper bushes, while you are at it, have a look at the sway bar mountings.

Your car is not lowered is it?

Aslo check that your caliper springs arent rooted. And if they are fine ckeck that you don't have a bent axle and it is makeing the caliper hit your disc as it rotates... Thats is what is wrong with mine and I have a rotational knocking from the passenger rear...
I picked up a axle for $40...

Also check that your nuts are tight.
