Burnout Revenge, great fun and great graphics!
Still playing God of War, can't beat the bloody clones in God Mode...

Buy Driver 3 "DRIVE3". it's awesome. Lovely sounding V8's, best PS2 smokies and doughnuts......good fun. If XBox, try Forza, that's another good game with good burnouts and smoke.....can bang the gear changes through like double clutching and power-shifting...lol Yes, I'm a nerd. My 0.02c

What? I thought GT4 was the only game lol.
Yeah I've got a copy of F1 2003, a REAL challenge. Enjoyed it more than GT4 would you believe. Don't know how good later F1 games are. |

There's other games beside GT4?
I hear good things about NFS-Carbon.

There's a game called "Enthusia-Professional racing", but I think it's pretty rare.
It's pretty good, but you can't mod the cars. *sigh* You should've got that new steering wheel, with the 6 speed shifter/clutch and got V8 Supercars 3. : |

thats also $500 the g25.
best thing you can do with the DFP is plug it into your pc my DFP hasnt seen a second of use on the ps2 lol Like others said GT4, F1, V8SC and Enthusia. Enthusia is very rare it is discontinued youll have to call around all eb stores and try get a preowned one.

why does everyone love GT4? i can't stand it, if you want a realistic game get GTR2 on PC.
i wasted $100 on GT4 only to stop playing after a week |

I'll vouch for GT4 and burnout revenge. Awesome games! I'm yet to get a steering wheel etc, it is supposed to be my kids PS2 not mine.

i really didnt like gt4 because of its lack of burnouts and drifting, gt3 however is my fav driving game, not as good a cars as gt4, but some awesome drifting can be done.

With you bogan. GT3 I prefer although 4 does have a few good things about it
I'm currently on V8 supercars 3 and doing world gt ngt series and US muscle car street race (surfers paradise) at 95 to 105% difficult with the damage and handling settings on. Love the old pontiacs and buicks Still not a pro simulator game but it sure is pretty damn good for a cheap home game you can just stick in the machine and play.

All I heard about NFS Carbon was "It crap... yadda yadda yadda..." then I got myself a copy for PC and I've been playing it endlessly for three days!!! The Canyon Duels rock and the sounds of the cars are amazing!!! Storyline isn't too shabby, and the car selection is pretty good too. Only thing I don't like much is the layout of the city itself.. The city from Most Wanted was waaay better IMO. |

And I read a review when it came out and various others that said Driv3r was crap. Hmmm. Now I'm thinking of hunting down a copy!!
Then again they said Driver 2 was crap and I loved that one. HAHA!

Driv3r is a great game IMO. I agree with Bogan & SVR73, GT4 has poor burnouts, well, you can't actually do any. Little squeals, yes. Smokies, no. GT3 was much the same for me although you can get some good double clutch sounds (using the handbrake and timing) but still not good enough burnouts. Honestly, bar far, the BEST game I have ever played is Forza. Awesome graphics with heaps of cars (No Aussie ones though which is a bummer) but the burnouts, oh the burnouts! AWESOME drifting and great sound. If you buy it and hate it blame me for life but it's definitely worth buying 101%. However, it is X-Box. Though, I switched camps after playing Forza, I know prefer X-Box just because of Forza. Basically, think of Forza as Gran-Turismo 4 with Driv3r like burnouts and sound and Need For Speeds drifting, it's that good. If you haven't got an X-Box you may want to look into it, Forza-2's coming out...... http://www.forzamotorsport.net/ Cheers, Carl

been a bout a year and if you like San Andreas you will be dissapointed....lacks many features.....Graphics are crisper...Cars have a more direct feel....But all the little things that make the game great are lacking.....you can't even manually aim for headshots and such |

With good driving games for that wheel, i like GT4, NFS underground 2, NFS most wanted, and find supercars 3 alright (more my driving style - don't like the penality system).
I'm pretty sure all of them supprot the 900 degree spin and if you can turn up the force feedback fairly high up. There's nothing like spining out and having the wheel rip it's self out of your hands. Cheers

if you like drift or mountain road time trial try kaido racing 2
90% of the cars are japanese with a couple of euro's thrown in. Great physics graphics aren't the best. |
