Default Selling AYOO2

Hey guys, just letting you know i've decided to sell the AU. I had it up for sale early last year because i was going to buy a BA, then i decided to hold off and finish the AU first. I'm glad i've finished it because its turned out unreal. I'll be sad to see it go but i think its time to upgrade. I'll be upgrading to a manual BA XT once she's gone hopefully.. which i think will be a worthy replacement. Its been an excellent car and i hope she goes to someone who will look after it and care for it as much as i have

Heres the link to the for sale section. :(

Seriously man, I reckon you should ask for at least 12000.

Where'd you get your headlights done at?

I got a panel beater to do them man. A few of my mates reckon the price is too low considering the features, but if it sells on the forums i'd be happy for someone on here to get a good price.

With the presentation of that car it should sell in a flash, if not on here on carsales for sure. I'll be interested to see what you do to your BA...
Are you selling it with or without a front skirt after the repairs?

The front will be immaculate. The skirt will be replaced for sure. This car is my pride and joy so i'm not going to sell it incomplete
It looks as though i've already got someone interested and i only posted the ad last night. Good sign!

It's not a V8 XT is it Glenn?

Hmmm, always fancied a non-XR sleeper!

yeah? hmm.. still though i think i'd be happy with just a 6. A manual V8 that is a good price would be a terrible find. I've got a few must haves and i've tracked down 2.
The must haves for the newy:
-BLACK interior, not grey..
-Manual
-03 onward build
-a good colour, not like ice mint, acid rush and stuff..

Jeez, after seeing that I might have to price up a V8 XT! Would LOVE one.

Saw a red 2005 V8 Manual XT on carsales at a country VIC Ford dealerfor around $22k i think, red with red Momo wheel and gearknob (looked kind of good)... only one i've seen for ages!

Not many sold, special order only really I've heard. Also quite a few come specc'd up with 17" rims and spoilers too..

Anyway, good luck with the search Glenn.

Cheers.
