Default How to remove trim?

Well i took off all the screws on my door trim but how do i get it off, im too scared to force it. Are there any little clips or anything holding it in at the top that i have missed?

ensure the lock is off.
if you're SURE all the screws etc are out (inc ones in the handles etc)
then it comes off by pulling it up, takes a bit of force to do it.
the clips are connected to the window seal, sometimes that seal will come out with the door trim (not a problem)

best thing to do is to pull up the top part of the trim where the door lock button is and then slide it out from under the power mirror bit pulling up and away at the same time.
