I've seen this Escort RS 2000 for sale on the side of the road
I had a look at it and it's in good condtion inside/out and underneath. The guy wants 6500 for it. 0414494007 Its on Birkdale Rd across from the entrance of the Birkdale dump QLD Brisbane south side. If I had the money I would grab it.

Needs some minor work. A little rust and the diff is a little noisy, other that that it is sweeeeeet. |

Not sure of the hp.....
Pretty standard. I had an MkII 2L Escort years ago and it had more go than this one. But it didn't look as good!! Try to get the rust cut out of it before it gets any worse... |

Oh so you bought it! I saw it a few weeks ago and checked it out (I live in Cleveland and was on the way to Birkdale), looked pretty tidy from what I could see.
